Circularly polarized luminescent systems fabricated by Tröger's base derivatives through two different strategies

The Tröger's base derivative rac - TBPP was synthesized and separated into two enantiomers R 2N S by chiral column chromatography. These compounds show a strong circularly polarized luminescence with g lum values of +0.0021, ?0.0025, respectively. second way to fabricate the -based CPL-active material is co-gel fluorescent ?-glutamic acid gelator DGG co-assembly strategy. At molar ratio / = 1:80, value about three times higher than enantiomers. Interestingly, CPL handedness could be adjusted effectively changing their stoichiometric ratios.
